Inclusivity statement
We're a proudly inclusive service dedicated to upholding the legal rights of LGBTIQA+SB Victorians.
Q+Law uses the umbrella term of ‘LGBTIQA+SB’ in relation to our service, which stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, Sistergirl and Brotherboy, however we respect everybody’s right to freely identify and affirm their sexual or romantic orientation and gender identity.
We support the right of people born with intersex variations to be free from discrimination and mistreatment. We support queer and trans liberation.
We don’t tolerate transphobia, homophobia, biphobia, intersexism, and other forms of discrimination. We don’t provide assistance or advice to people who discriminate against LGBTIQA+SB communities.
Please note: you don’t have to be ‘out’ to access our services. We’ll handle any information you provide about your sexual or romantic orientation or gender identity discreetly.
